The manager will be able to address any of your inquiries and schedule a convenient time for a meeting. The self-directed funding approach for the NDIS gives participants authority over important choices, such as the service provider or services they need.
Promise Care collaborates with you and offers assistance while you manage your financial aid. The competent manager will react to each referral inquiry the same day it is received. A Promise Care representative will schedule a meeting with you to talk through your needs, your goals, and how our services can help you.
Together, we will create a personalised plan outlining your support needs as well as how we will support you. Additionally, we will communicate with you frequently and review and update your plan on a regular basis.
